There are sneaky plans afoot in the Slovenian government to turn over the Soča valley to hydro-electric power companies. For this reason they added an almost hidden 565th article to the new energy law, opening it up for development. I bet some folks pocketed a packet for this pickle, but still ... How can you be so amateurish? So obviously trying to pass one over everyone? In the middle of the summer holidays, a final article at the end of a bill you hoped nobody would read. Bastards. Not just bastards, but stupid and obvious bastards.
